Made using leaf lard.  Leaf lard is made from the fat surrounding the kidneys and other organs of the hog.
The leaf lard is considered to be the highest quality fat from the hog, with a high smoking point and a neutral flavor.
Double-rendered and Filtered to ensure maximum purity and stability

Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 years or at room temperature for 4-8 months.
