How to Use:

Massage a small amount into lymphatic areas; such as the neck, underarms, chest, abdomen, and groin, using gentle upward strokes. For best results, use daily after dry brushing or showering. Can be used in conjunction with gua sha or lymphatic massage. For external use only. Store cool and dry.
